Vet Centers are VA-funded community-based counseling offices serving combat veterans, MST survivors, and the bereaved family members of fallen servicemembers. Unlike VA Medical Centers, Vet Centers do NOT require VA healthcare enrollment — you just walk in or call. Free counseling for the veteran AND their family.
