Total expenses: $702,604. Of that, $450,288 went to program services (community outreach $272,737, medical assistance $116,076, charitable grants to partner orgs $61,475). Board-governed 501(c)(3)
The Board reviews all five governance policies annually and approves the operating budget. Director roster and officer assignments are disclosed on IRS Form 990 Schedule O.
501(c)(3) Determination
IRS ruling date April 2021. The Determination Letter and IRS Tax Exempt Organization Search record are available on request to any grantmaker conducting diligence.

Our Commitment
Transparency is not a feature at Wounded Warriors. It is foundational to how we operate. Every donor deserves to know exactly how their contribution is used. Every veteran deserves to trust the organizations that serve them.
Wounded Warriors will never charge veterans for access to resources. We publish our data openly. Our API is free and documented. We hold ourselves to a higher standard because the veterans we serve deserve nothing less.
