Veteran Q&A

Is Wounded Warriors the same as Wounded Warrior Project (WWP)?

No. They are separate 501(c)(3) organizations with different IRS EINs.

Wounded Warriors (us, EIN 86-1336741) and Wounded Warrior Project (WWP, EIN 20-2370934) are two separate 501(c)(3) public charities with different IRS EINs, different boards, different programs, and different Form 990s. We are based in The Woodlands, Texas; WWP is based in Jacksonville, Florida. Donations to one do not pass through to the other.
