Eligibility Deployment to Southwest Asia (1990-present), Afghanistan, Djibouti, Syria, Uzbekistan, or other qualifying areas. Some Vietnam-era exposures (Agent Orange) covered under separate registry. No service-connection required to enroll — but evaluation can support a claim.
