Common questions
How do I cancel?
Click the cancel link in any donation receipt email from Givebutter or PayPal. Or email info@warriorsfund.org with your donor name and we'll cancel for you. Instant, no fees, no lock-ins. See our refund policy for full details.
Are monthly gifts tax-deductible?
Yes. Each monthly charge generates a tax-deductible receipt from the processor, and your processor account keeps your giving history for tax time. Our 501(c)(3) status is listed in the IRS Tax Exempt Organization Search under Wounded Warriors, The Woodlands, Texas.
Can I change my tier amount later?
Yes. Cancel the current monthly via the receipt email link and re-subscribe at the new amount via the tier card above. Or email info@warriorsfund.org and we'll do it for you in under a minute.
What if my card expires or fails?
Givebutter (our processor) emails you a card-update link 7 days before expiration and on each failed charge. We don't lose the donor automatically — you have multiple chances to update.
Can I give monthly from my donor-advised fund?
Most DAF sponsors support recurring grants. Search for Wounded Warriors in your DAF portal and schedule monthly disbursements. See /daf for sponsor-specific instructions (Fidelity Charitable, Schwab Charitable, Vanguard Charitable, NPT, etc.).
Will you share my name with other nonprofits?
