When a veteran asks Claude or ChatGPT "find me a CVSO in my county," the AI either hallucinates, sends them to a generic VA.gov page, or — if we're lucky — finds a third-party directory that's 18 months out of date. We built open data infrastructure so AI assistants can answer from a public, citable directory.

Wounded Warriors was founded in 2021 by Dillon Parkes, a U.S. Navy veteran and developer. The organization publishes a resource directory and data endpoints for developers and researchers.
