Full, ongoing VA dental care is limited to narrow classes: a compensable service-connected dental condition, former POW status, or a 100% rating / TDIU. Dental injuries from service trauma get ongoing VA care for the affected teeth.
Recently separated? You have 180 days after discharge to claim the one-time Class II VA dental benefit. Act fast — it is the only class with a hard deadline.
