Emergency aid grants typically range $500-$1,500 and cover rent, utility shutoffs, vehicle repairs, or unexpected medical expenses for veterans in acute crisis.

How do I cancel or change my monthly gift?
Email info@warriorsfund.org or use the cancellation link in any monthly receipt — we process within 1 business day, no questions asked. You can also adjust the amount or pause/resume from your Givebutter portal.
When will I receive my tax receipt?
Instant email receipt for each monthly transaction. We also email a year-end summary every January with the prior calendar-year total — both meet IRS substantiation requirements for charitable-deduction purposes.
Is my payment secure?
Yes. Givebutter (our payment processor) is PCI-DSS Level 1 compliant. Card numbers are tokenized — we never see or store your full card data. Stripe handles transaction processing under the same compliance.
Can I pay by ACH or PayPal?
Yes — Givebutter supports card, ACH, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal. ACH has the lowest processing fees (effectively 0% above $25), so more of your gift reaches programs.
Will my employer match my monthly gift?
Most employer matching-gift programs DO match recurring donations. Each monthly transaction can be submitted for match. See our corporate match directory for 53 employer details. Microsoft, J&J (2:1), ExxonMobil (3:1), and Disney are all match-eligible.
Can I make a monthly gift via DAF or check?
DAF: most DAF sponsors don't natively support recurring grants — you'd recommend a single annual grant instead. See DAF guide. Check: mail a check + note to set up monthly. Easier: card or ACH on Givebutter.
