Partner Network
Embed our infrastructure. Partner with our mission.
Wounded Warriors' open-data infrastructure is designed to be embedded by partner organizations — county CVSO offices, healthcare systems, MSOs, AI agent platforms, academic institutions, and government agencies. CC-BY 4.0 datasets, free-to-integrate APIs, and a 41-tool MCP server. Mission-aligned partnerships welcome.
Partner types
Veteran-Serving Nonprofits (other 501(c)(3)s)
Other US veteran-serving nonprofits — VFW posts, American Legion chapters, regional housing nonprofits, mental-health networks, MSO local affiliates — can embed our search widget, use our data layer, and route veterans through our verified directory.
- Embed the resource search widget on your site (free)
- Pull our directory via CSV / JSON for your own routing
- Cross-link with our specialized tools (CVSO finder, crisis-line directory, presumptives catalog)
- Reciprocal partner-badge program — we link to you, you link to us
County Veterans Service Officer (CVSO) Offices
The 1,000+ county CVSO offices nationwide are the front-line for free claims help. We integrate the official CVSO directory into our resources at tract-level precision. CVSOs can verify their listing, request updates, or embed our search tools on their county websites.
- Verify your CVSO listing in our directory
- Embed our resource search on your county veterans-services page
- Use our /api/eligibility/screener as a triage tool
- Pull our PACT Act presumptive catalog into your intake workflow
Healthcare Systems
Hospitals, health systems, and clinical networks serving veteran populations integrate with our directory to route patients to community-based veteran-aid resources beyond clinical scope.
- Embed our resource search in patient discharge planning tools
- Use our crisis-lines API for after-hours triage
- Join our open-data catalog for population-health research
AI Agent Platforms
Anthropic, OpenAI, Glean, Perplexity, and any MCP-compatible AI platform can integrate our 41-tool MCP server directly. See /platform-partnerships for the full integration paths.
Academic / Research Institutions
Universities studying veteran-affairs topics — Texas A&M, Penn Wharton public-policy, RAND Center for Military Health, social-work and veteran-studies programs — can use our 4 datasets, BibTeX citations, and partnership terms documented at /research.
Federal Agencies
VA, HUD, HHS, and DOL agencies serving veteran populations can pull our directory + our overlays via the Project Open Data v1.1 catalog at /data.json for federal Data.gov harvest. Free, openly licensed, machine-queryable.
Current visible partners
Visible partner attestations grow as partner organizations sign up. If your organization works with us — even informally — and you're willing to be listed publicly, email
partnerships@warriorsfund.org. Founding partners receive permanent attribution and reciprocal linkage.
How partnership works in practice
- Lightweight integration — embed the search widget, pull our CSV. No formal MOU needed. Most partner orgs do this.
- MOU partnership — formal mutual-attestation MOU with reciprocal linking. For larger orgs that need governance documentation.
- Data-use agreement — for academic researchers / health systems wanting deeper data access. Founder + research lead negotiate per-case.
- Co-branded program — for major partner orgs sponsoring specific direct-aid program tracks. See /sponsors.
What we ask of partners
- If you embed our data or widget — keep the CC-BY 4.0 attribution intact
- Send corrections / updates via partnerships@warriorsfund.org
- Reciprocal link from your partners page to ours (helps both orgs surface)
- Do-no-harm-by-design — don't use our infrastructure to collect data on individual veterans without their consent
Inquire about partnership
Email partnerships@warriorsfund.org with the subject line "Partnership Inquiry" and:
- Your organization's name + EIN if applicable
- The partnership type from above (or your own framing)
- How you'd use our infrastructure
- What you'd offer in return (linkage, attestation, co-branded campaign, MOU, etc.)
