Slide 1 / 8 · The opening

17 veterans die by suicide every day. We built the only AI infrastructure that can route them to verified help in milliseconds.

Wounded Warriors / Warriors Fund — Texas 501(c)(3), EIN 86-1336741, founded 2021, Candid 2026 Platinum Seal — operates the only US veteran nonprofit MCP server (41 tools) with 100,000+ FIPS-tract-geocoded veteran resources. We need philanthropic capital to scale this from invention to default infrastructure.

Slide 2 / 8 · The problem

Veteran-aid infrastructure is fragmented, paywalled, or invisible to AI.

When a veteran asks Claude or ChatGPT "find me a CVSO in my county," the AI either hallucinates, sends them to a generic VA.gov page, or — if we're lucky — finds a third-party directory that's 18 months out of date. None of the major US veteran nonprofits have built the data infrastructure to give AI assistants verified answers.

22M living US veterans

Of whom ~9M are enrolled in VA healthcare. Many never apply for benefits they earn.

~17/day suicide rate

Roughly 17 veterans die by suicide every day per VA Mission Daybreak. Many had no clear path to mental-health resources.

Slide 3 / 8 · The solution we built

The largest open veteran-data layer in the country, served directly to AI agents.

100,437 verified veteran resources, FIPS-tract geocoded to 99.92% precision. 4 federally-joined open datasets totaling ~265,000 records under CC-BY 4.0. 41 specialized AI agent tools. 62 public API endpoints. All free, open, and auth-less.

The compounding moat

As more veterans search Google or talk to ChatGPT, our infrastructure answers. Each dollar of funding compounds — directly into program work today, and indirectly into the data layer that scales to every veteran in the country.

Slide 6 / 8 · The team and why now

Founder-built. AI-native from day one.

Wounded Warriors was founded in 2021 by Dillon Parkes — a full-stack developer who built the entire 100K-record directory, federal data integrations, and AI agent infrastructure end-to-end. The reason we're first to the MCP server is that we're first to operate as a tech company that happens to be a charity, instead of a charity that happens to have a website.

The MCP protocol was published by Anthropic in late 2024. We launched our server in early 2026. The Wounded Warriors brand exists at exactly the inflection point where AI assistants need verified veteran-aid data and no organization has supplied it. This window closes when Big Tech or a large nonprofit catches up — typically 18-36 months. We need philanthropic capital now to scale our lead.

Slide 7 / 8 · The ask

What \$X funds.

\$10K-\$25K

Funds 200+ Care Packages for hospitalized veterans. Or 5-10 Emergency Aid grants preventing veteran-family eviction.

\$25K-\$100K

Underwrites a named program for the year. Sponsors a complete cohort of HRT (recreational therapy) retreats for combat veterans.

\$100K-\$500K

Funds the next data integration milestone (HUD AMI, VA SAIL hospital quality), Spanish-language content + crisis line mirror, and grant program scale-up.

\$500K+ multi-year

Anchor institutional funder for the open-data infrastructure. Permanent recognition. Quarterly direct briefings with the founder. Influence on which datasets we tackle next.
